1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdwln ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bdwln.io ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the bdwln Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the bdwln Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value or other incentive awarded to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it and any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Stake" means the amount of real money or bonus funds placed on a single bet or game round.
• "Winnings" means the net amount credited to your Account as a result of a successful bet or game outcome.
• "Verification" means the Know Your Customer (KYC) process through which bdwln confirms your identity, age and payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the primary transaction currency on the Platform.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The bdwln Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, place bets, participate in casino games, or claim any promotional offer. bdwln reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the minimum age requirement has not been satisfied.

3.2 Residency

The Platform is directed at players residing in Bangladesh. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation is lawful in your place of residence.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the bdwln Platform. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a breach of these Terms. bdwln reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and promotions, and withhold any related balances pending investigation.

3.4 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and mobile number registered with your chosen payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay). Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

bdwln operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and confirmation of your payment method before your first withdrawal is processed or when your account reaches certain transaction thresholds. Failure to complete verification within the period specified in any verification request may result in suspension of withdrawal access.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bdwln will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat or telephone. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.2 Account Activity

You must use your Account for personal entertainment purposes only. The use of automated betting scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any third-party software to generate bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months. bdwln reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support before any balance is depleted.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the bdwln support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Methods

bdwln currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer from selected Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your Account balance in real time, subject to network availability. Card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect. bdwln does not charge any transaction fee on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply its own charges, for which bdwln accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to any fees charged by the payment provider.

5.4 Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit may only be decreased immediately; increases to existing limits take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period to ensure the change is intentional.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To submit a withdrawal request, your Account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 3.5. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash, Nagad or Rocket are typically processed within one to two hours of approval during standard business hours (09:00–23:00 BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day. Withdrawals to Visa, Mastercard or bank accounts may take two to five business days depending on the financial institution.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Standard accounts are subject to a maximum withdrawal of ৳500,000 per day and ৳2,000,000 per calendar month. VIP tier accounts may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as specified in their individual VIP agreement.

6.4 Withdrawal Verification Checks

bdwln reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request. During such a review, the withdrawal may be temporarily held for a period not exceeding seven business days. We will notify you by email if your withdrawal is subject to an extended review period and provide an estimated resolution timeline.

6.5 Return-to-Source Policy

As a measure against money laundering, bdwln requires that deposit amounts be returned to the originating payment method before any net winnings exceeding the deposited amount may be withdrawn to an alternative method. This policy applies proportionally to all payment channels used during the relevant account period.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available on the bdwln Platform are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of the offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between offer-specific terms and these Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times (20x) before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 requires ৳20,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.

7.3 Game Contribution Weightings

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. As a general guide: sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%; slots contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%; video poker contributes 10%; and certain excluded games contribute 0%. Full contribution weightings for each active promotion are published on the relevant promotion page.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

bdwln employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes to satisfy requirements; creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once; coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotions; and staking patterns that do not reflect genuine recreational play. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided, any winnings derived from the bonus forfeited, and may face permanent account closure.

7.5 Welcome Offer

The bdwln welcome bonus is available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. The offer may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device and payment method. bdwln reserves the right to withdraw, modify or replace its welcome offer at any time without prior notice.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific rules for each sport and market, as published in the bdwln Sportsbook Rules section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable market rules. bdwln reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on a suspended market, or following a system error that generated incorrect odds.

8.2 Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are offered during active matches, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and other cricket fixtures. In-play odds change rapidly; once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it is binding regardless of subsequent odds movements. In the event of a technical disruption that prevents timely acceptance of a live bet, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned.

8.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and compliance with stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios with real dealers and are subject to the respective studio's operating rules.

8.4 Void Bets and Cancellations

bdwln reserves the right to void bets where: the market was offered in error; the event was cancelled or abandoned; the result cannot be determined; or where it is established that a bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. In all cases of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the player's Account balance.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdwln Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false personal information during registration.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any connected game.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting, facilitating or attempting to conduct money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Impersonating another person or entity when communicating with bdwln staff.
• Charging back, reversing or disputing a deposit that was legitimately credited to your Account.
• Making any offensive, abusive, threatening or discriminatory communications toward bdwln staff or other players.

10 Responsible Gaming

bdwln is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential harms associated with excessive or problem gaming. We provide a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools available to all account holders at no cost, accessible through the Account Settings section of the Platform.

10.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. Once reached, no further wagers are accepted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks). The restriction takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed early.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period has expired.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you may exercise your data rights.

bdwln employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data in transit. Personal and financial data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdwln Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, data and audio-visual material, is the exclusive property of bdwln or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bdwln. Unauthorised use of bdwln intellectual property may result in legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdwln, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

bdwln's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bdwln's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Amendments to Terms

bdwln reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the Effective Date shown at the top of the document. Where the changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email to the address on record.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform. In the event of a dispute, bdwln encourages players to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. bdwln will respond to all formal dispute notifications submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 business days of receipt.
